1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vc44 website accessible at https://vc44.io, including all sub-pages, games, betting markets, cashier services and account management functions.
• "We", "us" or "vc44" means the operator of the Platform.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the Platform held in BDT.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which player accounts are denominated on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a casino game outcome, sports event or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback or reward issued by vc44 to a Player's account subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by vc44 to validate a Player's account before allowing withdrawals or large deposits.
• "Restricted Activities" means those actions expressly prohibited under Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the vc44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout the period of your account membership:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. vc44 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming best practice. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account suspended immediately, all funds forfeited and the matter referred for further review.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh or be a Bangladeshi national who is lawfully permitted to access online gaming services at the time of each login and each wagering activity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of any employee or director of vc44 or its technology or payment partners.
• You must not have previously had a vc44 account closed, terminated or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or voluntary exclusion arrangement currently active on your account.

vc44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending receipt and verification of such documentation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of Platform features — including deposits, betting, casino games and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number and a working email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open a second account — whether using a different email address, mobile number or identity — constitutes a violation of these Terms. vc44 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals will be forfeited without recourse.

3.3 KYC Verification

vc44 reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, following unusual account activity or at any periodic review interval. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence or any other government-issued photographic identity document. Proof of residential address in Bangladesh may also be required.

3.4 Account Currency

All vc44 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is performed within the Platform. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, bonus values and withdrawal figures are expressed in BDT.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vc44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary by transaction amount and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Minimums and Processing

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your vc44 balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. vc44 does not charge a deposit fee, however your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is authorised.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current available cash balance, net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will be returned only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• vc44 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal attempts on deposits will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any winnings derived from the disputed deposit.

4.4 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are processed in BDT. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings under the laws of Bangladesh. vc44 does not deduct, withhold or remit any tax on behalf of players.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time vc44 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Eligible games, bet contribution percentages and expiry periods vary by promotion and will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vc44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings derived from bonus funds and suspend the account of any Player found to be exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk betting strategies, hedging across accounts, use of excluded game types to fulfil wagering, or any other pattern that in vc44's reasonable judgement constitutes bonus abuse. Determinations in this regard are made at vc44's sole discretion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds on which wagering requirements have not been completed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account upon expiry. vc44 is under no obligation to notify Players of impending bonus expiry, though in-platform reminders may be provided as a courtesy.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

vc44 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi and other sports. Bet acceptance, odds and market availability are at vc44's sole discretion. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL governing authority) at the conclusion of the applicable event or market. In the event of ambiguity, dispute or delay in official result declaration, vc44 may defer settlement until the result is confirmed. vc44's decision on all settlement matters is final.

6.3 Void Bets

vc44 reserves the right to void a bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical faults resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, match abandonment without rescheduling, evidence of match manipulation, or any circumstance in which fair bet settlement cannot be determined. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits per bet, per market and per day apply and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. vc44 reserves the right to apply individual account payout limits where unusual betting patterns are identified. Players will be notified of any applied restrictions.

7 Casino Games

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on the vc44 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and virtual table games — utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent; no prior result influences any subsequent result. vc44's RNG certification is maintained to internationally recognised standards of fairness.

7.2 Game Rules

Each individual game carries its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage and volatility profile. These are accessible within the game interface or via the game provider's published documentation. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game-specific rules before placing any wager. vc44 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

7.3 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a disconnection, server fault or technical interruption during a game round, vc44's systems will record the game state at the point of interruption. Any open wager will be resolved in accordance with the recorded game state once connectivity is restored. Where resolution is not technically possible, the stake will be returned to the Player's account. vc44 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Players interacting with live tables are also subject to the applicable rules published by those providers. vc44 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of live casino services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted streaming due to factors outside its control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vc44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, permanent ban and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, forged or altered identity documents during KYC or any verification process.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, display glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or multiplayer games.
• Placing bets on markets where you possess non-public information that could constitute insider knowledge, including information relating to match-fixing, team selection or player injury.
• Using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime, to structure transactions to evade financial reporting thresholds, or to conduct any activity that may constitute money laundering or terrorist financing under Bangladesh law.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute a legitimate deposit through your payment provider as a fraudulent mechanism to retain both the deposit funds and any associated winnings.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing vc44 customer support staff through any communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your vc44 account credentials. vc44 will never contact you to request your password, PIN or one-time authentication code by any means, including email, SMS, live chat or telephone. If you receive any such request purporting to be from vc44, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You should use a strong, unique password for your vc44 account and enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings. You must notify vc44 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. vc44 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

vc44 maintains SSL encryption on all Platform connections and applies industry-standard hashing algorithms to stored passwords. However, vc44 cannot be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your own account credentials or device.

10 Responsible Gaming

vc44 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players in Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

Every registered vc44 Player has access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total BDT you can deposit to your account.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vc44's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vc44 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform where such information is subject to real-time change (including odds, jackpot amounts and game availability).
• Losses caused by events outside vc44's reasonable control, including internet service failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or the acts of third-party technology providers.
• Any decision made by a Player in the course of their betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits vc44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your vc44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any available cash balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days of confirmed account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by vc44

vc44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or unverifiable identity information.
• Conduct that vc44 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Any regulatory, legal or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.
• Reasonable suspicion of age misrepresentation.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, vc44 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where breach is confirmed, to forfeit all funds in accordance with applicable policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

vc44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notice to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the change notice, which will be no less than 7 calendar days from the date of notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

The current version of these Terms, including the Last Updated date displayed at the top of this page, is the binding version for all Players. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request to our support team.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law, as applied consistently with the expectations of an English-language platform serving Bangladesh-based Players.

In the event of a dispute between you and vc44 regarding any aspect of your account, a transaction, a settled or voided bet, or a bonus determination, you should contact vc44 support in the first instance. vc44 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
